Welcome to Kindergarten with Mrs. Conery!
Hi, my name is Brittany Conery. This is my eighth year at Norway-Vulcan Area Schools, and I could not be more excited to be your child's teacher this year!
I am from Niagara and graduated from Niagara High School in 2012. I graduated from UW-Green Bay in 2015 with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Human Development. Before completing my Bachelor’s degree, I did my student teaching placements here at NVAS and at Niagara Public Schools. In 2019, I earned a Master’s Degree in Elementary Reading and Mathematics from Walden University. I am on the Culture and Climate Committee, School Improvement Committee, and Yearbook Committee. My husband, Cole, is from Norway and graduated from Norway High School in 2012. We have a daughter, Grace, who we absolutely adore; she keeps us very busy! We enjoy spending time together, as well as, with our family and friends. Some other hobbies of mine include crafting with my Cricut, country music/attending concerts, walks, and riding my Peloton. I have wanted to become an elementary teacher for as long as I can remember. My favorite thing about teaching Kindergarten is seeing my students' growth, with early literacy and math skills, from the beginning of the school year to the end. I love teaching at this age level, because it allows me the opportunity to teach the foundational skills my students must master in order to progress through their education. In addition, I strive to help my students develop a love for learning and school. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me. My contact information is listed below.
